Tailor your resume to each job posting

The same career can read differently for each posting. Paste a job posting and AI compares its key requirements with your resume or career description, then suggests rewording in the posting's terms.

How it works

  1. Paste the posting

Paste the responsibilities, requirements and nice-to-haves as they are. Company and position are optional.

  2. See the requirements

For each requirement the posting asks for, see whether your document shows it, shows it weakly or not at all, with the sentences behind it.

  3. Pick and apply

Accept, reject or edit each suggestion, then make a tailored copy and keep your original, or apply them to the current document.

What it holds to

No made-up experience

It never adds companies, technologies or numbers your document doesn't have. A requirement you don't show becomes a question to strengthen, not a sentence.

You decide

Every suggestion can be accepted, rejected or edited, and only accepted ones apply. Applied to the current document, one Undo takes them all back.

Postings and results aren't stored

VitaWrite doesn't store the posting or the analysis. Your name, contact details and photo aren't sent.

Questions

Is it free?

Yes. Each signed-in account can use it 3 times a month for free; the count refills on the 1st.

Which documents can I use it with?

Resumes and career descriptions. Choose "Tailor to job" at the top of the editor and it opens in the side panel.

Where does my information go?

For the analysis, the posting and your document's content (without name, contact details or photo) are sent to our AI provider Anthropic (United States), which deletes them within 30 days and does not use them to train models. See the Privacy Policy for details.

What if a sentence isn't accurate?

Suggestions build on what your document says, but check that each one is accurate before accepting it. You can reject it or rewrite it yourself.
