VitaWrite is a service that provides members with resume writing, account storage, PDF generation, file import and job-posting tailoring. The operator is Youngrae Cho (조영래), and service inquiries are received at support@vitawrite.com.

Services such as writing and saving resumes are used by signing in after creating an account. Only people aged 14 or older can sign up, by registering an ID, a password and an email address and completing email verification. Users must keep their password and email secure, and must not use another person's account or bypass the verification process. Introductory pages such as templates and guides can be viewed without signing in.

Resumes are stored in your account. If the connection drops, saving to your account may be delayed, so check the save status and keep backup files of important resumes. AI file import and AI job-posting tailoring can each be used up to 3 times per account each month, and they may be unavailable until the next month once the service's monthly AI allowance is used up. Job-posting tailoring only suggests rewording based on what your document already says; checking that a suggestion is accurate before accepting it is up to you.

PDFs reflect the content the user has written. Check the content and pages before downloading. We do not guarantee compatibility with any particular hiring system or any hiring outcome. No service-branded watermark or advertising is added to resume PDFs.

Rights in content created by users belong to the user or the rightful owner. The service processes it only to the extent needed to provide the features the user requests, such as storage, display, sync and PDF generation. Uploading material that infringes the rights of others, such as their personal information or copyright, unlawful material or malicious files, and placing excessive load on the service are prohibited.

The operator may temporarily suspend the service or change features for maintenance, outages or security response. Foreseeable significant changes or termination will be announced within the service, and an opportunity to back up will be provided where possible. Liability under the law is not excluded across the board.

You can request account deletion from the account screen. After access is blocked, storage and the authentication account are cleaned up in sequence; the details of retention and deletion follow the Privacy Policy. Users must delete downloaded PDFs and backup files separately.

Inquiries about errors, infringement of rights or use of the service are received through the official contact addresses or the contact form. When these terms change, the version, effective date and important changes will be announced, and the notice and consent procedures required by law will be followed. In the interpretation and application of these terms, users' rights under the laws of the Republic of Korea are guaranteed.
